Return

We have a 10-days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In case of special circumstances, such as the quality of the product itself, or the product packaging is damaged during transportation, or the product is missing, it can be returned and exchanged free of charge. We will be responsible for paying the transportation costs incurred by your return and the refund processing costs for the returned items.

If the product is normal, you still need to return, you  will be responsible for paying the transportation costs incurred by your return and the refund processing costs yourself(Deduct 50% of your order amount). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning the goods.

To start a return, you can contact us at brancollection.us@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at brancollection.us@gmail.com

 

Refund Request Processing Time

If you apply for a refund before the product is shipped, we will process your refund request within 2 business days, and your refund will be returned according to the original payment method.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Return & Refund Processing Time

For refunds, we will refund within 3 to 6 business days after receiving your returned items.

After that, the refund time will depend on the payment method.

You will receive a refund notification via email. If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your payment method company, it may take some time to officially release your refund.

-PayPal refunds can take up to 48 hours to be processed and displayed in your account.

-Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay refunds will take 1-5 business days to complete the refund.

-Visa, MasterCard or American Express Credit card refund takes 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our point address.

The shipping method can choose E-PACKET or USPS.
