Our product warehouse and shipping locations are located in the United Kingdom

It takes 3-5 working days from delivery to arrival for orders with receiving addresses in the United Kingdom(except for remote countries or regions that cannot be reached by logistics)

Shipping Method: Our preferred shipping method is EMS, PostNL, E-PACKET, USPS.

Order Processing Time：We begin processing your order within 24 to 72 hours after purchase (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Time: It takes 3-5 working days from delivery to arrival for orders with receiving addresses in the United Kingdom. It takes 14-28 working days from delivery to arrival for orders with receiving addresses in other countries or regions(except for remote countries or regions that cannot be reached by logistics).

If you received a tracking number that means your order has entered processing and is being fulfilled to ship. Please allow 24 hours to track your package for updates. 

If you missed your delivery we suggest that you make the best effort to pick up your package from the local post office. If you decide to reschedule delivery on corresponding logistics website, keep in mind that it can delay your package for an uncertain amount of days.

If you received a delivery notification and you have yet to receive your order, please do the following: Check your mailbox, leasing office, porch, surrounding areas around your home/apt, neighbors and anyone in your home that may have retrieved.

EMS, POSTNL，E-PACKET，USPS IS A THIRD PARTY VENDOR. WE DO NOT WORK FOR E-PACKET，USPS OR HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER DELIVERY. PLEASE TRACK YOU PACKAGE AND ANTICIPATE THE ARRIVAL.
